Please remember as this was live back in January 2021 all sessions have been pre recorded and there is no longer any feedback / live help in the group.These are sessions to help improve your overall athleticism, whether that means improving your mobility, stability, movement, power that you can do aloneIt is a 4 week block but It’s never a case of doing it once and never again. These should be things you implement into your routine for years to come. * Duration: 4 weeks worth of sessions* 4 sessions per week* 3 home based sessions + 1 field based session per week* No equipment needed (only a backpack to add some weight)* (These are not technical GK sessions and neither are they high “intensity fitness sessions”)You will have access to all sessions for as long as you like (as long as you’re still a member in the group).
