These are sessions to help improve your overall athleticism, whether that means improving your mobility, stability, movement, power that you can do alone
Once purchased, you’ll be invited into our private Facebook Group via your email address
Sessions will commence: 11th of January 2020 (but can join anytime and will have access to all 4 weeks worth of content)
Mark will lead these sessions
Duration: 4 weeks
3 sessions at home per week: ✅ 1x Mobility focussed✅ 1x trunk / stability / balance focused✅ 1x power / agility focussed+✅ 1x field based session to complete yourself at any time
Within each of those sessions there’ll be a topic for that week.
🎥 Sessions will be released over 3 days each week.
💡 No equipment needed.
It’s never a case of doing once and never again. These should be things you implement into your routine for years to come!
