The programs created are aimed to improve:
- Maximal force expression
- Explosive strength
- Reactive strength capabilities.
This has been created by Jack Inman, BSc MSc, who is the first team strength and conditioning coach at Bolton Wanderers Football Club. He has previously worked at other top football clubs within the UK and also in India.
Holding a Sports Science degree and Masters in Strength and Conditioning, Jack’s coaching is grounded in adaptation-led programming and tailored athlete development.
His current focus combines speed, movement, strength, and rehab-based power training, underpinned by reflective practice and personal well‑being.
Jack also has a strong passion for goalkeeper-specific strength and conditioning, with a focus on enhancing explosive power, reaction speed, and positional resilience tailored to the unique demands of the role.
